Bobby Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Bobby Buy Bot (the Telegram bot at @bobbybuybot) and the website at bobbybuybot.com. By using Bobby, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are​

Bobby is operated by DeepBot LTD (registered in RAK DAO, UAE, registration number 01010435). References to "we", "us", "our" and "Bobby" mean DeepBot LTD in these terms.

2. What Bobby is​

Bobby is a Telegram bot that detects token contract address activity in groups he has been added to, posts buy alerts, and surfaces tokens on a trending board based on community boosts. Bobby also runs a league system, sends DM notifications, and offers paid services (trending slots, ads, PRO subscriptions).

Bobby is an intelligence tool. He is not a broker, advisor, custodian, or exchange. He does not hold your funds, sign transactions on your behalf, or have access to your wallet keys.

3. Eligibility​

You may use Bobby if:

  • You are 18 or older
  • Use of Bobby is legal in your jurisdiction
  • You are not on a sanctions list maintained by the UK, EU, US, or UAE
  • You have not previously been banned from Bobby

If any of these stop being true, you must stop using Bobby.

4. Acceptable use​

You agree not to:

  • Use Bobby to spam, harass, threaten, or defraud anyone
  • Use Bobby to promote scams, rug pulls, honeypots, or known malicious tokens
  • Attempt to manipulate the trending board, league, or any ranking system through coordinated activity, automation outside of Bobby's intended interface, or fake accounts
  • Reverse engineer, scrape at abusive volume, or attempt to extract Bobby's internal logic or data
  • Interfere with Bobby's operation, the operation of Telegram, or other users' use of either
  • Use Bobby in violation of any applicable law

We may remove content, suspend accounts, or remove Bobby from groups that breach these terms, without notice.

5. Group admin responsibility​

If you add Bobby to a Telegram group, or you are an admin of a group Bobby is in:

  • You are responsible for ensuring the group's use of Bobby complies with these terms and applicable law
  • You confirm you have the authority to add a third-party bot to that group
  • You are responsible for moderating the group, including conduct around the buy alerts and boosts Bobby posts
  • You may remove Bobby from the group at any time

You may not represent to your group members that Bobby's alerts are financial advice, guaranteed signals, or anything other than what they are: detection of public on-chain activity surfaced for context.

6. Not financial advice​

Nothing Bobby posts, sends, or displays is financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice. Bobby surfaces signals derived from public on-chain data and group activity. He does not know your circumstances, your risk tolerance, or your goals.

Trading decisions are yours. Bobby is a tool, not a counsel.

7. Trading and crypto risk​

Trading cryptocurrency is high risk. You can lose all of your capital and more if you use leverage.

You acknowledge:

  • Token prices are volatile and can move against you fast
  • Smart contracts can have bugs, exploits, or malicious functions Bobby has not detected
  • Safety scans (Blockaid, GoPlus, Honeypot.is) reduce risk but do not eliminate it
  • Liquidity can be removed by a project at any time
  • Past performance of a token, signal, or trending position is not a predictor of future performance
  • Cross-chain bridges, swaps, and routers have their own risks beyond Bobby's control

You accept all of this when you use Bobby.

8. Paid services​

Bobby offers paid services including:

  • Trending slots: paid placement on the Bobby trending board for a defined duration
  • Ads: paid placement in defined ad surfaces
  • Bobby PRO subscriptions: monthly admin tier with premium features

Pricing is published at the point of sale through @bobbybuybot. Prices are quoted in the relevant currency (fiat or token). Token-denominated pricing is calculated at the rate shown at the point of sale.

9. Refunds​

  • Consumed services (a trending slot that has started, an ad that has been shown, a PRO subscription month that has begun) are non-refundable.
  • Unconsumed services (a slot booked but not yet started, a subscription month not yet started) may be refunded on request to legal@deepbot.pro within 14 days of purchase.
  • Service failure on our side (a slot that did not run because of a Bobby outage, a feature that was paid for but did not work) is refundable in full or by re-running the service at our option.
  • Chargebacks without first contacting legal@deepbot.pro may result in suspension of all paid services and removal of Bobby from associated groups.

10. Subscriptions​

Bobby PRO and other subscription products renew monthly unless cancelled. You can cancel any time through @bobbybuybot. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Already-paid periods are not refunded on cancellation. See Section 9 for exceptions.

11. Bobby in your group, removal, and bans​

  • Group admins can remove Bobby from their group at any time using Telegram's normal admin controls.
  • Users can stop receiving Bobby DMs by sending /stop to @bobbybuybot or by blocking the bot in Telegram.
  • We can remove Bobby from a group at any time if the group breaches these terms, is used for illegal activity, or for any operational reason (capacity, safety, abuse).
  • We can ban users who breach Section 4. Banned users may not create new accounts to circumvent the ban.

12. Intellectual property​

The Bobby name, Bobby Buy Bot, DeepBot®, the trending board layout, the league system, the alert format, the website design at bobbybuybot.com, and the underlying software are owned by DeepBot LTD or its licensors. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and trade-secret law.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Bobby for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, sublicence, sell, or commercially exploit any part of Bobby without written permission.

Token data, on-chain data, and public market data Bobby surfaces are not ours. We make no proprietary claim to them.

If you believe content on bobbybuybot.com or surfaced by Bobby infringes your copyright or trademark, send a notice to legal@deepbot.pro with:

  • Your contact details
  • A description of the work or mark
  • The location of the infringing content
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act for the rights holder
  • Your signature (digital is fine)

We will review and act within a reasonable time. Bad-faith notices may result in liability.

14. Third-party services​

Bobby links to and integrates with third parties (block explorers, DEXs, swap aggregators, safety scanners, bridges, partner sites). Once you use a third-party service, that party's terms and privacy policy apply, not ours. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or conduct.

15. Disclaimers​

Bobby is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant:

  • That Bobby will detect every contract address, buy, scam, or risk
  • That safety scans will catch every malicious token
  • That alerts will reach you on time, every time
  • That the trending board, league, or any ranking is free from errors or manipulation
  • That Bobby will be available without interruption

16. Limitation of liability​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepBot LTD, its directors, employees, and contractors are not liable for:

  • Trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or lost opportunities
  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
  • Damages arising from third-party services Bobby links to or integrates with
  • Damages arising from your reliance on any alert, signal, score, ranking, or other information Bobby produces

Our aggregate liability to you, for any cause whatsoever, is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for Bobby services in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (for example, fraud or death and personal injury caused by negligence).

17. Indemnification​

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DeepBot LTD from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of Bobby
  • Your breach of these terms
  • Your violation of any law or third-party right
  • Content you submit through Bobby or post in a group where Bobby is present

18. Changes to these terms​

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in Bobby's DM channel and on bobbybuybot.com at least 14 days before they take effect. The version number and "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflect the current version.

If you continue to use Bobby after the change takes effect, you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, stop using Bobby.

19. Governing law and disputes​

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Bobby, except that we may bring proceedings against you in the courts of the jurisdiction where you reside if needed to enforce these terms.

Before filing a claim, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting legal@deepbot.pro. We will respond within 30 days. Most issues can be resolved at this stage.

20. Severability and entire agreement​

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and DeepBot LTD about Bobby. They replace any prior agreement on this subject.

A failure to enforce any part of these terms is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
