Set the socials

X, Telegram channels, websites, dexscreener. Bobby renders them in his info panel and in his alerts. Render rules are below.

The render flag. Some communities want the socials inline on every Bobby alert. Some prefer Bobby clean. Toggle BOBBY_SOCIALS_RENDER on or off. When on, your socials render under every alert. When off, they only show in the info panel.

Permissions Bobby needs

Permission	Required?	Why
Send messages	Required	Bobby needs to be able to ping.
Pin messages	Optional	For the welcome pin and major convergence alerts.
Delete	Never asked for	Bobby does not moderate.
Admin	Required	Bobby needs admin to read group activity, post alerts, and manage the room. Bobby never moderates members or deletes content.

Bobby is admin-permissioned, not a moderator. The admin role is the floor Telegram requires for Bobby to do his job. Moderation is not in his job description.
